Yoshie Tomozumi Nakamura is an Assistant Professor of Human and Organizational Learning, Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the George Washington University. Her areas of research interest include authentic leadership development, neuroscience of adult learning, women in leadership and online learning engagement through data analytics. Dr. Nakamura is currently studying adult learners' mind, brain and behavior focusing reflective practices, leadership values development, women's leadership development and learning analytics in virtual environments. She also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Teachers College Columbia University whereby she taught Facilitate Adults Learning with Neuroscience in Mind. She also worked as Head of Academic Learning and Neuroscience at Columbia Business School's Executive Education department whereby she directed Neuroscience to Enhance Leadership Development program and Future of Learning forum as well as taught Women in Leadership program. She provided executive coaching for leaders across industries and countries as well.
